When I run multiple cities, and one of those cities is a large city, the software wil sometimes crash. The supplemental information above name address phone and email is also very helpful in prioritizing followup. I like being able to use on 2 machins, because my VA runs this almost daily on strategic niches, but if I have an immediate tactical need - I can run the tool with no conflict. To avoid being blocked using other products, I had to pay for a Virtual Server, and pay for rotating proxies, this expense is now gone.

I even said if they gave me another code instead of a refund (because at the time I was getting 45 cities scraped) I would consider that an acceptable compromise. These guys have ZERO INTEREST in improving their app. I tried to work with the developer to figure out the issues but he kept telling me I'm the only one having the problem and his dev refused to look into it anymore even though I was willing to experiment and pass along logs. The software worked better on a BETA they released but slowly got worse again. I talked to support and they had a dev look at the issue. Then the app started crashing after 45 cities. It's advertised as being able to scrape 100 cities at a time and the CSVs that it spits out are clean. It was pretty fast and pulled the info I needed. What I liked about this software was the first week I used it. This would be incredibly easy to achieve but the support said the dev was unwilling to help. I suggested a log that populates after each scraped city so you don't lose all of your work. The really annoying part is if you setup a scrape that lasts an entire day and it crashes you lose everything. It has a ton of potential but is so inconsistent.

It's focused on a specific function or objective. I was able to start using the product and them purchase the business version later after I was sure it was the right product for my needs. Great product, a great tool to have in my "tool chest". I'm very happy with the quality of the software and the results I get with Lead Scrape. I don't expect any tool to get lots of current email addresses unless it's a human calling, or I pay for them. It's the only tool I have that will get email addresses with almost no effort or cost. The Business version is a huge help by digging deeper. Both are excellent in helping me gain a better understanding of what businesses are in my market area.
